  I was very fortunate and dealt with Andrew at the Howell AT&T store transitioning from another big name carrier. Andrew was so incredibly patient and answered our endless questions. He was personable and really knew what he was talking about. I have always felt pressured when starting new service to buy all of the add-ons and accessories and while Andrew did offer us great options, he also wasn't pushy. We bought what was needed and a couple extra things he suggested and it was a great experience. Andrew made the transition smooth and painless. I went back a couple weeks later with some add'l paperwork and Andrew remembered me, remembered the situation and was just as friendly and helpful. He clearly loves what he does and it shows. I will be referring everyone I know to Andrew!!!
